Complete Data Solutions (CDS) is a leading data management company focused on providing our clients with custom solutions to complex data management and analysis problems.

CDS is a Veteran-Owned small business with its headquarters located in Falls Church, Virginia. CDS was founded in 1997 by Wayne Mills and Randall Randall. Both Mr. Mills and Mr. Randall spent their Army careers working in Military Intelligence and leverage that knowledge and experience in developing successful, mission oriented solutions.

CDS is proud of the data management support we have provided to the Law Enforcement and Intelligence Communities over our 20 year history. Although a small company, CDS provides data center, analytic, system design/development and reporting support to partners in DOD, DOJ, DHS, and various organizations within the Intelligence Community.
