CDS has selected a “paired” Qualified Retirement Plan (QRP) administered by TD Ameritrade. This type of plan allows CDS employees to save up to an additional 25 percent on top of their salary tax-free.
The employee decides how the money in his/her retirement account is invested by selecting from over 13,000 mutual funds from leading fund families, bonds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETF), or individual stocks. We spent a lot of time searching for a plan that provides employees with an opportunity to put some money away for retirement and offers the greatest flexibility for growth.
As with everything else, you are part of the CDS Team from Day 1. Everyone is 100 percent vested the day they join the plan.
